The dough has a maturation of 24 to 48 hours and is made with 100% Italian and Type 1 stone-ground flours. Ongi our outgoing pizza is enriched with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the hills of Molise. We also offer a variety of fried foods ranging from Mozzarelline in Carrozza to Frittatine Napoletane and many others. We are waiting for you for a good Pizza !!!
